Craniosacral Therapy ( In person only)
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum as well as the membrane and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect them. CST releases compression in those areas of pain and stress as well as correcting underlying dysfunction. It effectively soothes the nervous system and reminds the body how it feels to function smoothly.
